From a 5-minute conversation with an acquaintance-turned-friend, created a live scoring system for a 20-team charity volleyball tournament. Real-time scoring data was stored and used to determine rankings and playoff brackets, while attendees could follow along on their phones.
Scaling international student-led consulting firm
After getting rejected from the original consulting club on campus, I was able to join a new upstart competitor in my 2nd semeseter. Grew the organization from 8 to 50+ members, 1 to 7 concurrent client engagements per semester, and have a consistent track record of placing alumni in high-agency roles across consulting, finance, and tech. Teams with 180DC NCSU members have won 4 straight Deloitte-sponsored case competitions on campus.
Leading a 4-person team as player-coach deploying Prometheus' flagship enterprise maintenance solutions across asset-intensive industries such as Energy, Chemicals, Utilities and Mining, with $25MM+ in ACV. AI leader within the company, reimagining workflows from ground-up to focus on high-value output.
Managed enterprise software implementations across asset-intensive industries, trusted as sole PG representative for multi-round testing phases for a Fortune 100 client's $2B+ SAP S/4HANA transformation. Built a PM framework that was adopted company-wide, cutting milestone variance by 37%.
Created a proof-of-concept for a new mobile banking solution targeted at millenial and Gen-Z clients. Started development with end-user in mind, leaning into unique design and UX to elicit calm and confidence within a demographic with high financial anxiety.
Led planning for anual $100K+ Distinguished Engineer summit to celebrate and engage the best engineers in the company. Built contingency plans around economic and geopolitical factors. Prioritized engineer involvement firm-wide based on bandwidth and business value.
Led cross-functional work identifying ~570 users for a credit card promotion, coordinating $170K+ in payouts. Built dashboards tracking $6MM in monthly transaction volume and proposed an API change projected to boost engagement by 25%.
Helped allocate ~$2MM in promotional spend and launched a deposit promotion that drove an 80% lift in potential AUM. Shifted the team from initiative-based tracking to KPI-driven performance reporting.
